- Can I also pick up/collect my order?
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up orders. Due to our automated order process, we are able to ship orders super fast. Because of this, it is just not possible to pick up your order.
- How to return my order
- To return your product, we recommend you check out our returns page. Here you have access to our returns portal where you can easily find out how to return your products.
- What is the warranty period of my order?
- On our entire product range we apply 3 years warranty. You can find the warranty conditions at the relevant product. For warranty questions, please send an email to info@cozeymaison.com. Our staff will be happy to help you.
